What you are registering for
One conference, two days long, online. Infection control, sterile processing, life safety, survey preparedness, the 2027 payment rule, employment law, staffing, pharmacy and AI.
We are applying for up to 16.0 AEUs under BASC provider number 2618, 4.0 of them infection prevention hours (IPCHs) for CAIP holders. Free to members of participating state associations.
Last year 243 people attended the conference.
Dates. Thursday December 3 and Friday December 4, 2026.
Time. 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern both days.
Format. Virtual. You attend from wherever you are.
Credit. Applying for up to 16.0 AEUs and 4.0 IPCHs (2.0 each morning), BASC provider number 2618.
Cost. Free to members of participating state ASC associations.

AEUs and IPCHs
We are applying for up to 16.0 AEUs and 4.0 IPCHs under BASC provider number 2618. The application goes in once the agenda is final, so these are the hours we are applying for rather than approved hours. This page gets updated when we hear back.
The two infection prevention sessions are split across the two mornings, so you have to attend both days to collect all 4.0 IPCHs.

What happens next
Right away. A confirmation email carrying your own link to the conference. That one link is how you get in on both days, so please keep the email.
December 3 and 4. Open your link. The button to enter appears on it fifteen minutes before each day starts.
About two weeks after. The recordings go up and you have a year of on-demand access to them. We will email you when they are ready.
January. Your association gets its attendance list. That is why the form asks which association you belong to.
