What. The 2026 Multi-State Virtual ASC Conference. One conference, two days long.
When. Thursday December 3 and Friday December 4, 2026. 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern both days.
Where. Virtual. You attend from wherever you are.
Credit. We are applying for up to 16.0 AEUs, 4.0 of them infection prevention hours (IPCHs) for CAIP holders, under BASC provider number 2618. The application goes in once the agenda is final.
Cost. Free to members of participating state associations. Tickets are $399.99 and are not yet on sale.
Last year eleven states took part and about 250 people attended.

AEUs and IPCHs
We are applying for up to 16.0 AEUs across the two days under BASC provider number 2618, and for 4.0 of those to count as infection prevention hours (IPCHs) for CAIP holders.
The application goes in once the agenda is final, so the hours above are what we are applying for rather than what is approved. This page gets updated when we hear back.
The two infection prevention sessions are split across the two mornings, so you have to attend both days to collect all 4.0 IPCHs.
