Building, running, and defending a QAPI program — through the eyes of the people who survey it.
Why this program
QAPI 2026 teaches the program from the surveyor’s chair. The day closes with a full hour delivered from the other side of the table — the document-request list in the order it is actually made, and a QAPI tracer walked live from indicator to board minutes with the citation points marked. Infection control, the most frequently cited deficiency area in ASC surveys, gets its own dedicated session.

What you’ll be able to do
Across eight taught sessions you’ll draft QAPI plan sections and meeting agendas, write indicator specifications with real numerators and denominators, run root-cause analysis, keep peer review legally protected, connect quality data to credentialing and Board decisions, and walk a mock survey from the surveyor’s point of view.
Certificate
Each registrant receives a certificate documenting 8.0 education contact hours, exclusive of the scheduled breaks and the closing block.
