Common Questions
Is the Patron Program for me or for my whole center?
Patron is an individual membership — it’s built for the person who listens to the podcast and wants the resources behind it. If you want to cover everyone at your surgery center, that’s what Premium Access is for.
Can I upgrade to Premium Access later?
Yes. Email info@ascpodcast.com and we’ll move you over and credit what you’ve already paid toward your first year.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and nothing further is charged. You can rejoin at any time.
Do I get certificates or AEU credit as a Patron?
Yes, for the six conference recordings included with your membership. Codes are embedded throughout each recording — collect them as you watch, email them to info@ascpodcast.com, and we will send back your certificate of completion and, where applicable, your AEU or IPCH documentation. Certificates for the bootcamps and the infection control programs remain part of Premium Access.
I was already a patron on the old ASC Central site. What do I do?
Get in touch at info@ascpodcast.com before you sign up again — we’ll move your membership across for you.
